Popcornarium: the birth of a unique concept

Popcornarium is the story of two entrepreneurial women, mother and daughter , united by a shared passion for food and leisure , as well as a deep desire to bring color and joy into people's lives. This concept of artisanal production of flavored colored popcorns and gourmet food gaming anchored in an enchanting universe was born from this idea.

One year of research and development

This project is a little over a year of preparatory work and many stages of ideation, research and design. First there is the birth of a gourmet and ambitious project , with the development of an entire universe filled with characters, colors and a magical atmosphere inspired by certain notable video games and films ( Nintendo universe, Disney/Pixar animated films, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory/Wonka , Alice in Wonderland , the Arcane series and many others...).

Added to this is the more technical culinary side : HACCP training and over 600 tests to find the right recipes, master certain know-how, and, above all, be able to use colorings that are entirely natural but very unstable during cooking. We then formed a panel of 50 testers to get our initial feedback and thus be able to improve our products.

Then comes the realization of the project : creation of pretty packaging , communication media, social networks and above all our website ... This site that we imagined in the image of our project, colorful and fanciful , but which we had to build entirely ourselves .

Anyway, here we are at last!

A family adventure: presentation of our two founders

Céline, co-founder

After initial studies in chemistry , the first co-founder, Céline, finally chose the path of floristry where she was able to create her own shop . Then, her career evolved towards other aspirations but she always knew how to keep her childlike soul and her creative sensitivity specific to the beautiful souls who cherish flowers, fantasy and colors . Equally attracted by the field of leisure , she always looked for the innovative activity that would entertain young and old .

Angéline, co-founder

Angéline , his daughter, followed a path that combines linguistics (literary prep), foreign languages ​​and computer science. After a year of volunteering abroad and then a few years in artificial intelligence and web writing , she decided to chart a new path. What really drives her is the The joy of sharing a good time around a board game or an escape game outing , with family or friends, diving into fantastic literary worlds and testing new cooking recipes . It therefore combines technical skills with creativity and sharing .

Where are we located?

Céline currently lives in Allier , in Auvergne, while Angéline grew up there and then moved to Toulouse, in Occitanie . The project therefore began in January 2024 in the family home in Auvergne , but a move will take place very soon so that we can both work in the South West of France .

The objective will therefore be to offer you physical points of sale in Auvergne AND Occitanie as soon as possible .
