Our family business was born near the volcanoes of Auvergne. Here, sweet and savory treats are plentiful, but if there is one that has left its mark on people's minds for several generations now, it is the Vichy pastille, an octagonal candy emblematic of Allier, still adorned with its recognizable blue Vichy pattern!
